During the Fall 2019 semester, I worked as Production Coordinator on a cross-departmental, collaborative Escape Room.
I was responsible for:
Scheduling meetings between team-leads, updating and delivering minutes between various teams to update and unify progress week-to-week.
Provided support for student workers in organizing and launching the public beta event, leading to full slots of public beta playtesting and VIP tours.
Organized travel to UT Marine Science Center for Lighting/Production Design leaders; led to education of leadership and alleviated the pressure of organizing the trip.
Organized and executed project kick-off meeting for all students, professors, and leaders. Resulting in a unified vision for the Escape Room.

About Resilience Sentry: Saving the Future Escape Room from Planet Texas 2050: Throughout the Fall 2019 semester, undergraduate and graduate students have collaborated to design, fabricate, program, install, and test this immersive experience with an educational mission that aligns with the values set forth by Planet Texas 2050. By creating a scenario that transports players to a distressed research station on the Gulf Coast in the year 2042, we hope to raise awareness and create an emotional connection to the real-life issues facing our environment today.

In Spring 2020, I was la member of Professor Clay Spinuzzi’s RHE 330 class, Networked Writing. The purpose of this class was to create inventories of my productivity and those of organizations I belonged to. Through analyzing productivity tools such as note taking, spreadsheets, mobile apps, and beyond, I realized how my methods are interconnected and analyzed ways to improve my productivity.
The two linked PDFs above are complete versions of the first two class projects—an analysis of my personal productivity methods and my participation and workflow in volunteering for a presidential campaign.
